We first got in touch with Luke Mitchell from Waterview Electrical back in 2022, when we were kicking off the design phase for our Whale Beach Road project. We’d already worked with Waterview on a few other jobs — for ourselves, family members, and even our builder — so we knew we were in good hands not just because he really knew his stuff, but because he immediately got what we were trying to do.
Having a collaborative team was a big deal for us. We wanted the architect, builder, and trades all working together smoothly — and Waterview Electrical just slotted right in. They really understood our architect’s vision and came up with clever, practical ways to make it all happen. Managing the home’s energy needs in a way that worked with the design was no small task.
During the build, Adrian and the Waterview team were fantastic on site — professional, reliable, and super easy to deal with. They kept us in the loop the whole way through, which made a huge difference and helped the project stay on schedule and within our evolving budget.
Now that we’re living in the house, we see their impact every day.
